Chocolate orange cream – Csokoládés narancskrém

When you quickly want to prepare a simple dessert which is delicious and not very sweet, this could be it.  The recipe is from Frame-by-Frame Quick & Easy, a visual step-by-step cookbook from the British series Love Food.  The orange could be replaced with any kind of citrus fruit.  In my opinion, the cream is best when served warm.

orange – 1
semisweet chocolate – 4½ oz (125 g)
unsalted butter – 2 tablespoons
maple syrup – 3 tablespoons
orange liqueur – 1 tablespoon
sour cream – ½ cup
orange zest to decorate

Peel the orange and cut the segments into small chunks.  Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt with the butter, maple syrup, and liqueur in a small pan on low heat, stirring until smooth.  Stir in 4 tablespoons of the sour cream and the orange chunks.  Spoon the cream into 4 small bowls.  Top each with a spoonful of sour cream.  Decorate with grated orange zest.

Ha gyorsan szeretnél valami egyszerű desszertet készíteni, ami finom és nem túl édes, próbáld ki ezt a receptet, amit a A Frame-by-Frame Quick & Easy című britt szakácskönyvben találtam.  A narancsot bármilyen citruszfélével helyettesítheted.  Szerintem ez a krém melegen fogyasztva az igazi

narancs – 1
félédes csokoládé – 125 g
vaj – 2 evőkanál
juharszirup – 3 evőkanál
narancslikőr – 1 evőkanál
tejföl – ½ pohár
reszelt narancshéj a díszítéshez

A meghámozott narancsot gerezdjeire szedjük, majd kis darabkákra vágjuk.  A csokoládét darabokra tördeljük, s egy kis lábasban – alacsony hőfokon állandó keverés mellett – a vajjal, juharsziruppal és narancslikőrrel együtt felolvasztjuk.  Hozzákeverünk négy evőkanál tejfölt és a narancs darabkákat.  A krémet négy tálkába kanalazzuk.  Tálaláskor mindegyik tetejére egy-egy kanál tejfölt teszünk és megszórjuk reszelt narancshéjjal.
